Media Releases TO VIEW PRESENTATION, HANDOUTS AND TESTIMONIES FROM JULY 18, 2024 PUBLIC HEARING Click Here IMPORTANT NOTICE Posted June 18, 2024 All properties currently participating in the Non Dedicated Agricultural Use program (referred to as the NDA program) have been mailed a letter on June 18, 2024. The NDA program is ending. A new application for a different agricultural use program is required between September 2, 2024 to September 1, 2025. The land value for all properties where a new application is not submitted will go to market value on January 1, 2026. All properties currently participating in the Long Term Dedicated Commercial Agricultural Use Dedication program (referred to as Dedicated Ag) have been mailed on June 18, 2024. Requirements to the dedicated program will be in effect as of September 2, 2024 forward for all new applications or renewals.
